Auto Parts and Car Parts-Understanding a Man’s Love Of Cars

Men and woman have many different natures when it comes to different things. Men have things that they find important to them and woman also has their things that they find essential. Cars, are one thing that men place a lot of importance on. While a woman can admire a nice car, she doesn’t see it as being a part of who she is. Men on the other hand feel a car says a lot about who they are and therefore they are willing to spend a lot of money to drive a nice car.

There are many ways in which men show how much a car means to them. One way is how many times they wash their car. I look outside my window and my neighbor spends at least an hour washing down his car, the same time every day. I can not understand it, how many times can a man wash over the same window shield? At times this can be very frustrating to a wife who is told by her husband that he doesn’t know how to clean- all he has to do is use the same effort and time he spends on his car and channel it to the kitchen floor. In my opinion this is a hobby for men, although a woman can not understand why a man would choose cleaning a car for a hobby it is the truth and there is a certain enjoyment a man gets out of having a sparkling clean car. Maybe it can be compared to the enjoyment a woman has after she cleans the house and its finally in order like she wanted it to be.

Another way men show the importance of cars in their lives is by constantly updating their cars. Until I met my husband I never realized all the different car parts that can be updated and the auto parts that can be altered and transform the whole look of the vehicle. At first we got our car, a Honda Civic at a great price and I was very happy about it, although my husband was not so thrilled. He dreams like many men of sports cars and in particular Lamborghini’s. He talked about transforming the car a lot but I couldn’t imagine it was possible. The first thing he changed was the horsepower since he wanted the car to move faster. After this I thought now he will be happier, but boy was I wrong, a month later he was talking about buying body kits and spoilers and it keeps on going.

There are some men that love their car so much that they will spend extra time just sitting in it, even after they have reached their destination. I like to think of a mans addiction and obsession of cars in terms a woman could understand and therefore I compare it to shopping. Many woman love shopping. They will shop even when they have everything they need. It becomes just an activity. A woman will always dream up something else that she needs to buy, its endless. There is clothing, then purses, accessories for hair and the list goes on forever.

Men and Woman have their different activities that they enjoy. Men love cars, it’s a hobby that brings them great enjoyment. The enjoyment may come in the form of cleaning the car or buying new auto parts and at times, even just sitting in the vehicle. A woman should respect her mans addiction of cars just as she would want her man to value her love of shopping.
